I purchased a 2016 Honda Odyssey with ~40K mileage in November 2019. Sales people were responsive and courteous. Service department was thorough as usual (I have other vehicles serviced at this dealership). But during a final inspection of the vehicle, it was not well cleaned and detailed as promised, and the lug nut key was missing. After resolving this issue, the vehicle failed to start, but a new battery was quickly installed. They went out of their way to ensure that the work was done properly and to fix what another shop had done poorly. They were also more than fair in what they charged for doing major work on the vehicle.

Salesperson Jenna Cole was a perfect match for me the consumer. She was patient in answering questions and had a real sense of what was important to me , a female consumer . She explained and demonstrated all the features that were new to me . S made sure my test drive was on a quiet road that provided me with a good place to try out the suv. I bought a 2020 Honda Accord from these guys and I have to say after purchasing two 2019 vehicles from another dealership this one was the least stressful. I felt good about this buy not just because of the deal I got on the car, but because the staff made the experience great. Not to mention after signing my contract I felt I got the best deal.

The service department did the service I requested and at the time allotted to me. I enjoyed visiting with my friends at the dealership since I have been a customer there for over 15 years. They are friendly and efficient.
